When planning the replanting of our vineyard, we decided to go for something new. For the first time in our Estate, we planted Merlot vines which we cannot wait to see the final result of!

Climate: Mediterranean climate characterized by hot, dry summers and mild, wet winters. Average summer temperatures typically range from 25°C to 35°C, while winter temperatures are usually between 10°C and 20°C. The island receives moderate rainfall, with the majority falling between October and March. Overall, Malta’s climate is favourable for growing a variety of crops, including grapes for wine production.
We believe this vineyard will yield exceptional quality Merlot, and we look forward to the first harvest!
