Speranza red is a pleasant dry wine produced from the Sirakuzan grape grown on the Maria Rosa Wine Estate. It has an intense bright red colour which is characteristic of the variety. It offers summer red fruit aroma that complements meat dishes and light cheeses. Serve between 15 – 18 deg.
Speranza white is a dry wine made out of the red grape variety Sirakuzan cultivated on the Maria Rosa Wine Estate. It presents itself in pale yellow colour with fresh crisp hints of apricot. It has a light mouth-feel which compliments fish dishes or pasta whilst making a lovely drink on its own, serve chilled.
Speranza Rosé, this is a very charming dry wine produced from Sirakuzan grapes grown on the Maria Rosa Wine Estate. It represents itself in a very bright, attractive pink colour offering a nose of watermelon with hints of strawberry. Its mouth feel of medium weight with a palate confirming the open red fruitiness already found in its aromas making it an ideal partner to Mediterranean platters, pasta, pizza and tuna whilst making a lovely drink on its own.
